4.1 How We Use AI
Job Matching and Recommendations:
- Our algorithms analyze your profile, preferences, job search history, and behavior to rank and recommend jobs that may be relevant to you
- We use natural language processing (NLP) to extract skills and qualifications from resumes and match them with job requirements
Agent Aim Conversational AI:
- Agent Aim uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses to your queries about jobs, companies, career advice, and related topics
- The AI processes your conversation history within a session to provide contextually relevant responses
- Outputs are generated in real-time and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete (see our Terms of Service for disclaimers)
Automated Application Features:
- AI assists in filling out application forms by mapping your profile data to employer-specific questions
- Generates draft cover letters and application responses based on job descriptions and your background (subject to your review and approval)
